Sibling RYE-valry

Signature Cocktail

• 1.5 oz. Koval Rye
•  .5 oz. Merlet Creme de Cassis Liqueur
•  .5 oz. Amoretti Tangerine Craft Puree
• Perrier Sparkling Water
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Maraschino Cherry to garnish.

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the first three ingredients and stir. Fill with Sparkling Water and add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters. Garnish with Maraschino Cherry.

Signature Mocktail

• 4 oz. Apple Cider
• 2 oz. Oat Milk
•  .5 oz. Amoretti Cinnamon Syrup
• Honey for drizzling
• Ground Cinnamon 

Fill a tall glass with ice and then rim with honey. Sprinkle cinnamon around the honey. Pour first three ingredients into glass, over ice.  Stir well.
