Ticket Policy FAQ's
Holding Tickets
The Box Office would like to help get your guests into the performance that works for them. We understand that you may need to look for available seats and then also double check with your guests to make sure that the date is convenient for your guests. Therefore, we are happy to place a hold on seats to give you time to check with your guests. The Box Office can hold tickets for up to 24 hours; please contact the box office directly if more time is needed to confirm with your guests. We highly recommend that you call or stop by the box office to check on availability at any time.
Please note that ticketing transactions are not available via email. You will receive the quickest assistance and most accurate availability by calling or stopping by the box office. However, please feel free to email the Box Office managers with questions at any time.
Waitlist
- Anyone wishing to obtain a ticket to a sold out performance can request a spot on the waitlist from any Box Office staff member.
- If a subscriber exchanges their tickets or donates their tickets for resale, we will call those on the waitlist to offer up the seats.
- Priority will be given first to subscribers, then to single ticket buyers, then to comps.
- For paid tickets offered to those on the waitlist, payment is due at the time of offer, otherwise the tickets will be released to the next person in line.
Standby

- For sold-out performances, 5 to 15 standby tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the performance, one hour before curtain.
- Standby tickets are only available for purchase in person at the theatre.
- Purchasers of Standby tickets will be seated at curtain in seats determined by house management.

- There is no guarantee that Standby tickets will be seated together, and no refunds will be offered in this situation.
- Standby purchasers who are not in the standby line when the seating process is started will forfeit their spot in the line for seating and will be moved to the end of the line. If this happens and seating is not available, patron will be eligible for a refund.
- Standby purchasers not on the premise at the designated curtain time will not be eligible for a refund regardless of seating availability.
- Accessibility accommodations will be made if an accessible location is available for seating, but there is no guarantee of seating with the purchase of a Standby ticket. Patrons must alert box office of accessibility needs at the time of purchasing a ticket.
