Signature Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Planteray Dark Rum
• Right Bee Semi-Dry Cider (to fill)
• A light splash of Malört
• Thick orange slice
• Several shakes of Bourbon Barrel Brown Sugar

Preparation
Add ice and rum to a glass. Fill with cider and add a splash of Malört. Stir gently, then drop in the orange slice and sprinkle with Bourbon Barrel Brown Sugar.

Signature Mocktail

Ingredients

• 3.0 oz. Apple Cider
• 2.0 oz. Mango Nectar
• 1.0 oz. Pomegranate Juice
• 0.25 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
• 0.25 oz. Amoretti Cinnamon Syrup

Preparation
Fill a glass with ice. Add apple cider, mango nectar, and pomegranate juice. Finish with balsamic vinegar and cinnamon syrup. Stir to combine.
