Join Loyola University Chicago Professor of Art History Paula Wisotzki for an engaging and informative look into the visual artists who propelled European art into the new century.

Paula Wisotzki

Professor of Art History at Loyola University Chicago

Paula Wisotzki is Professor of Art History at Loyola University Chicago.  She graduated magna cum laude from Lewis and Clark College in her hometown of Portland, Oregon.  Having earned her Ph.D. at Northwestern University, she taught at the University of Illinois at Chicago before coming to Loyola.  At Loyola, in addition to her work in her home Department of Fine and Performing Arts, she is a member of the graduate faculty and is affiliated with the Gender Studies and Women's Studies Program.  She is also Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Learning and Public Engagement at the Art Institute of Chicago.  A devoted teacher, she has spent many years working both in the formal classroom and museum galleries encouraging people to consider the impact of visual culture on their lives.
