At Writers Theatre: The Price
Lee Roy is delighted to be working with the director, cast, and crew of The Price at Writers Theatre. Lee Roy originated the role of Vivian in Austin Pendleton's Orson's Shadow. Orson's premiered at Steppenwolf Garage under the direction of David Cromer and later traveled to the Williamstown Theatre Festival (Massachusetts, June 2000), as well as The Westport Country Playhouse (Connecticut, July 2000). She appeared in The Man Who Came To Dinner (directed by James Burrows) at Steppenwolf and The Barbican Theatre (London). She recieved a Jeff Award for her performance in the title role of Prin. Other Chicago theatres include: Famous Door, Organic, PowerTap, Rivendell, greasy joan, and Raven. Lee Roy can be seen in the DreamWorks film, Road to Perdition, directed by Sam Mendes.
