LaMar is a Masters of Arts Management graduate student in the Business and Entrepreneurship Department at Columbia College Chicago.
Prior to moving to Chicago, he was a Front of House Manager for the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas. This included managing events for resident companies such as: The Dallas Opera, Dallas Theater Center (DTC), Dallas Black Dance Theatre and Texas Ballet Theater.
He also has a performance background in Concert Dance and Musical Theatre. Noted company work and musicals include: Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Dallas Metropolitan Ballet, The Dallas Opera, Mr. Mistoffelees in Cats! (Garland Summer Musicals), The Boy from Oz, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, and Ragtime (Uptown Players) and The Friends of Tyme (Larwell Productions, Annual Mary Kay conventions).
