The Many Faces of Hamlet
Ray Hartstein Campus

Shakespeare's greatest play. The lectures will range from "Freud,
Hamlet, and the Presidential Candidates," to the impact of director's choices and the role of critical evaluation. Experience the Danish prince as portrayed by Laurence Olivier, Mel Gibson, and Ethan Hawke, and consider Hamlet's influence on popular culture, from Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, to Julie Taymor's The Lion King.
Tickets for the lecture are $15. Please call 847-635-1414 for more
information on the lecture series.
